Year 10 2015 Selective Application (1 Viewer)

Hey!

So I currently attend a rank 20-30 fully selective high school and I'm trying out for Baulkham Hills and James Ruse this year and I want to know your opinion about what my chances are for getting into each one:
-Reports: For both my half yearly and yearly report I got all A's except I got B's for PDHPE
-NAPLAN: Triangle for all areas except Band 8 for Reading LOL
-ESSA: Band 6, 2 marks from the triangle
-Music: HD for Third Grade Piano Theory and Pass for Seventh Grade Piano LOL
-ICAS: HD for Maths Year 7 and 8, HD for Science Year 8, D for English Year 8
-AMC: D for Year 7 (74/135 where HD was 82/135) and HD for Year 8 (101/135 when HD was 89/105)
-Big Science Comp: C in Year 8
-National Chem Quiz: C in Year 8
-Premier's Reading Challenge: Year 8
-APSMO: 1st in group Year 8, 2nd in group Year 7
-Maths Challenge Stage: C in Year 7, D in Year 8
-Maths Enrichment Stage: Participation in Year 7, C in Year 8
-AIMO: Participation in Year 8
-Other awards: 1st in Maths Year 7 and 8, 1st in Japanese Year 7, Special Award for Science Year 8, Dux of Year 8, Academic Excellence in both Year 7 and 8, Extra-Curricular Award in Year 8, English Achievement Award in Year 8, 2nd for English, Science, Music and 3rd for Japanese in Year 8
-Other extra-curricular: Involvement in Interact Years 7-9, Debating in Year 9, Canteen Duty in Year 9, SRC in Year 9, Orchestra Years 8-9, Percussion Ensemble in Year 9

Looks good. But it's hard to say what they would accept.

You can always ace the year 11 selective test and get in that way.

Wow it certainly is verryyy impressive!! Your competition results show that you're really good in terms of academics, extra curricular looks nice. You're so pro in like academic completions omg :'>

Just a note though, you didn't specify whether your report was for yr7/yr8/yr9 because although I'm not sure about baulko, but ruse asks for previous two years of reports

I think you have a pretty good chance of getting in, actually I'm pretty sure you WILL get in, lol if I was in the selecting committee I would choose you haha because I think your results are seriously really good XD
