A question you should be asking is, if you want to be qualified for CA (Chartered Accountants) or CPA (forget what this stands for). They're basically post-grad studies in accounting so that you can specialize in an area of accounting.

If you do want to be legible to take CA/CPA after graduating from Uni (note; these subjects aren't the only factors deciding whether you can study @ CA/CPA) you must undertake certain courses from Business Law & Taxation.

I'm not 100% sure about the major in B.Eco, but Econometrics imo would compliment Finance quite nicely.

Every one will say economics or econometrics.

You have to do certain business law subjects for CA/CPA - LEGT1711, 2721, 2741 and 2751.

CPA also requires INFS1001 (I think that's the course code - I'm not going for CPA).

There's about 10000 topics on this so do a search mane :spzz:

INFS1602 according to the course selection info sheet

I'd suggest sticking with economics unless you really want a major in metrics. The last two core courses for the metrics major are pretty tough.
