URGENT: Need Assesment Help (1 Viewer)

Hey there, Ineed help with my legal studies assesment, i have to do a speech on one of the following criminal justice issues:

1.Prisoner's Rights
2.Sentencing Reforms
3.Victim's Rights
4.Young offenders and the criminal process
5.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and the criminal justice system
6.Mandatory Sentencing

And in the speech i need to answer these following questions

i.) Describe the issue and history of that issue
ii.)Explain the problems in the current criminal justice system in regard to that issue
iii.)Describe how these problems developed
iv.)Descrbe reforms undertake nto address this issue
v.)Explain other possible reforms

So yeh it is a pretty detailled assesment and i was wondering if anybody out there has notes on any of these issues which could assist me or any thoughts and ideas on what i should talk about it would be greatly appreciated.

how long does this speech have to go for?

The speech has to go for 8 minutes, so yeh need alot of info

i did the young offenders and the criminal process. i got most of my info from www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/ it has alot of info but you need to search through alot.

Sadly it was a bit late...they were probably already finished uni when this got posted
