ITT: People list food that do need to be cooked rather than food which tastes better raw than cooked.

uncooked instant noodles

Only done it twice since it makes you feel incredibly bloated as the noodles swell in your stomach :(

but my god, does it taste awesome for a snack :)

LOL wasn't feeding POW uncooked rice and loads of water a torture method in Japanese POW camps as it split their stomachs...?
