I think the better question is whether your Church/Mosque/Synagogue allows masturbation. God's too much of a fickle bastard for us to be able to work out his intentions, so just ask around your local holy men and find one who allows it. Then when the Day of Judgement comes, you can pin your sexual excess upon said holy man if it turns out God doesn't like it.
