Dude nothings wrong with UWS,
whatever man its a uni who provides oppurtunities and why be stupid and reject the offer, you can transfer anyway! far get over it. All those people wishing to go to uni but failed would kill to get in uws for JEZZEY SAKE!

OSCAS is out of service or is in a service overload right now for UWS 14/2/09..I heard it from a friend of mine who got an offer and he cant get in to see the date and all..what the? DOES THIS HAPPEN ALOT?! =O

To be honest: I have no idea what exactly you're trying to ask, or what point you're trying to make in your first post, and your second post is clearly just a simple attention ploy which, sadly for you, highlights your inability to ask a worthwhile question.
