i have a question about my timetable.

It's basically an explanation of the activity group you chose (here, group (section) 2).

wks1/wks2, I assume, means "workshop 1/workshop 2" and the 02 means you're in group (or section) 2. So for both of your workshops, you'll be in group 2. The dates... are... well, dates. They explain that both of your workshops go from the 27th of February (next Friday) until the 10th of April (Good Friday) then resume on May 1st and go until June 5th.
