Hey,

I'm just wondering whether there are any Engineering social events, such as an Engineering Ball or dinner, that happens annually ?

Also, are there any links to details of these events ?

Thanks

the first thing that came to my mind in the title of this thread was "Engineering balls?" that's what i thought you implied, because if it was, then yes, engineering is full of balls...a real sausage fest if you asked me.

social event for engineers huh? sounds like an annual board meeting to me loll

I'm not sure how engineering could hold a ball, its full of male nerds who lack girlfriends, who'd turn up!

Sydney University Engineering has the highest percentage of female enrolments than any other NSW institution!
plus we usual combine our events with faculties like nursing, speech pathology, vet science, where there are lots of women.

but the few that we have are AWESOME (if i may say so myself)
