What do you see if you hold a mirror in front of you and run at the speed of light (not in any form of vehicle). I know nothing can run at the speed of light let alone fly, but what would you see in the mirror?

If you are running at a constant speed, it will appear exactly as you would see if you were stationary due to the principal of relativity holding in all intertial frames of reference.

Ok then for arguments sake, 0.999c
Then you will still see your image.

Consider someone who is 'stationary' looking into a mirror. Now imagine an object moving at 0.999c past this person. Now, any frame of reference is as good as another. Therefore the speed of the object relative to the 'stationary' observer is 0.999c. BUT the speed of the person relative to the object is 0.999c. So will the person holding the mirror, who is 'stationary' see his image in the mirror?

Well as they have said C is Constant in all frames of reference, so you'll see yourself and they will see you, but it will look like you have contracted as well as the mirror according to relativity.
