well I as on BOS and my glass next to my Laptop started vibrating, then it got rougher and everything else started shaking.....lasted like 5 seconds but so random.

maybe it was a jumbo jet passing close to ur house? in fiji at my uncles they lived just b4 the run way and when the planes would come in to land and take of it was as loud as a mother fucker and the house shook....never got sleep in that joint.

Just did a google search, it appears there was just an earthquake, in Melbourne.

Breaking News from the Herald Sun

"UPDATE 9.18pm: RESIDENTS across Melbourne have reported feeling the earth tremble as a quake shakes the city.

Melburnians contacted the Herald Sun to report feeling the trembler from Carlton to Frankston.

The intesity of the tremor is not yet known.

Victoria Police said they had not received reports of any damage or injuries, but that they had been "flooded with calls".

They ask that no one call 000 unless they have damage or injuries to report.
