I have the bowl-cut syndrome (1 Viewer)

For some reason, the top half of my hair (above the ears) grows literally three times as fast as below my ears. Also that hair tends to uncontrollably stick out to the side rather than flowing down

In another words, no matter how I cut my hair it magically turns into a bowl-cut within 3-4 weeks.

Anyone else with this kind of hair? Temporary/permanent fixes? The only thing I've done to not look like a shitake mushroom was to just get a haircut every 3 weeks, getting pretty sick of it now.
