how has the 2009 budget improved inequality?

im not interested in how it deteriorated it

Well...basically changing the distribution of income.

i.e. taking from rich, giving to poor

things you can think about are changes in:

tax cuts
pensions/superannuation
you get the idea...

yeah but they just cut salary sacrifice in half and reduced incentives for super do you know anything in particular with pensions or tax cuts?

I would suggest looking at some articles on the budget, or reading the budget papers yourself. Alternatively you will probably find many relevant measures in the thread dedicated to the budget.

Biggest one would be the increase in the pension, but other measures such as the health insurance rebate and other middle class, upper class welfare measures may be classified as reducing inequality.
