The last time i did it was a friday 29th may and i actually almost passed out. (didn't have much breakfast either e.g. 10 spoons of oats )

lips went white
cold sweating
loss of vision
pale skin

I don't know whether or not i should go to the gym tomorrow morning because i don't plan to sleep tonight :(

So has anyone ever been to the gym sleep deprived before?

Don't do it.
I don't hit the gym, but having done a lot of physical work (e.g. heaps of lifting of 10 - 20kg shit at work), also jogs/long walks, exercise at home (i use our exercise bike/rowing machine/treadmill/trampoline 3-4 mornings a week for 45 minutes - an hour) and that sort of thing after pulling all-nighters, it's not good, you end up really fatigued, and you can seriously put yourself at risk of becoming ill as a result.

Yes, very very fatigued!

I don't want a repeat of last time :)

Always nice to see some keen people who care about their health :)

i've been neglecting cardio work though, guess i don't need it since i seem to be always on the run for school :)

so you have a rowing machine at home? wow wixxy those machines are like pretty dear and bulky...
but i guess you can workout without going to the gym :)

It belongs to my uncle.
It's an ancient one, but it works.
He is storing it in our garage at the moment.

Actually, all that stuff is his haha.
So I use it when I can. (He's taking it all back soon though :( )

But yeahh idk, exercise is important. I'm not like "fit as" but I enjoy it, it keeps me active, the endorphins rock.

2 days of no sleep? i'd rather sleep than exercise
no doubt about that

7 hours of spewing gosh that would suck
my lil incident on 29th may lasted about 20 minutes and that was the end of it :)
although i was tired for most of the day

its not worth seriously making u sick/fatigued (in a bad way) over.
on the plus side you will sleep well after the workout meaning you will grow :)
