8 frees a fortnight
(2 x 1hr) + (6 x 50min)
= 7 hrs fortnightly :)

but we still have to stay at school in our library, at best pretending to do work :)

Technically i have 16 x 50 minute periods free a fortnight, but 6 of them are usually taken up by extension 2 maths lessons. So normally about 10 a fortnight really.

okay, i do ten units and have one unit outside the timetable, so nine units in normal school, and i have 13.5 hours a fortnight, and according to my calculations, you spend approx 2.7 hours on a unit each fortnight, and i worked it out that you do probably four units because there's not enough time in the school week to have that many frees?!

and what are tutes?
Im doing VCE for a start
there are six blocks in my schools timetable
and im doing five subjecst ..... so i have spares to make up the sixth block plus my TAFE block which i get spares for and im doing one subject by distance so i get spares for that
so i do three blocks at school and get three spare blocks

tutes are like supervised spares where the whole yr level has them at the same time and on occassions they will give us presentations on applying to uni for example

still, you would spend about 30 hours at school in a week [minus lunch and recess] and therefore 60 in two weeks and you have 28 hours of frees so you may as well go one week, have the next one off, it just doesn't make sense?

eh. not that it matters. just wondering.

i have eight free periods a cycle
two week cycle
one hour periods
four hours a week. but this is only because i dropped a 2unit subject. most people only get 2 per week/4 per cycle because their one unit courses finished. oh and we finish early one day a week...but i don't get that because i have an extension class

15 x 40 mins each = 600 mins = 10 hours a week :)
except they aren't technically free periods, we have to do homework in a teacher's room
FUN

Two 45min and ten 1hr free periods per week with two extra study periods per week. My timetable is great; I only have two hrs of class on Wednesdays, four hrs on Thursdays and one hr on Fridays.

year 11 currently, 12 units.
ill get an extra 6 frees per two week cycle in term 4 (start of year 12)
but for now i have:
14 x 75 minute periods = 1050 minutes
which is 17 and a half hours a fortnight.

so in term 4 ill have 20 x 75 minutes = 1500 minutes
which is 25 hours

i never realised how good this is.

i have quite alot lol

nobody else does two languages, let alone three
so my timetable is all over the place..

and i think that's part of the reason why quite a few
people now dislike me..cos those that are in my english
and history and latin classes have to come to school in the
morning and stay behind after school

I have 17 study periods over a 2 week cycle.
1 period = 1 hour
so 17 hours every 2 weeks
