Gosh accounting was sooo hard. Have you checked your UTS email? I know in some subjects you can sit another exam with a mark of 45.

In all likely hood, yes. I didn't fail accounting (even though I didn't study/attend lectures until the last week) but I did fail economics and was expected to repeat. Of course, you can always drop business and keep IT, then you won't have to repeat
