Having a low carb hot chocolate for dessert with 1 scotch finger.

lunch: roast chicken with white sauce, sweet potato, beans, some cauliflour, 2 slices of bread, some rocket and other leafy edible leafs (love business class plane food).

dinner: omelette with 2 slices of bread.

I was the ultimate junkie today.
I had fairy bread for breakfast, nutella on pita bread later on, and then hotchips. That was all I ate today. I don't remember drinking water.
