Sets of 5. Compound exercises. Squat 2-3x a week. Deadlift once a week. Bench once or twice a week. You will get big and strong.
He's an impressionable 18 year old with nothing but 50kg of standard plates, a bench press and an ab fixation. You're pissing into the wind.

shroom, to begin with your equipment is severely lacking. If you have $1K I can link you to all the stuff you need to build a home gym, if not I suggest you try to find that money or pick another hobby. Surfing, reading and women is where I'd go.

You also have to understand you can't 'lose weight' and 'gain muscle' at the same time (unless you're a fatass). Your body is programmed to survive famine - a situation where fat is valuable and muscle is useless and costly. If you want to bulk up, you need to accept that you will gain some fat. A good program like Starting Strength will ensure that fat gain is minimized.

If you think you need to lean out, spend some time doing cardio and getting fit. might also give you some time to raise enough money for a home gym or gym fees.
