Re: Trial Timetables?

Our school's doing the CSSA timetable which starts in week 3, but for some subjects (modern and english) we have exams first week back, then we have to do our trials two weeks later. does anyone else have this?

Re: Trial Timetables?

Mine is like the CSSA timetable, except with German ext. speaking on the first wednesday afternoon, German on the second monday afternoon, German extension on the second wednesday afternoon, and German speaking on the second Thursday afternoon.

I hate going into school for 10 minute exams.

I'm glad English is at the start, but I'm feeling so unprepared for it. Haven't written a single module B or C essay...

Re: Trial Timetables?

whers economics:confused:
My school doesn't run Economics >_> (well it would if someone simply asked to do the friggin course hahaa... well no-one in the current Year 12 cohort does it anyway). There is one student in my year that does Economics but she has to do it via distance education.

I have no idea where Eco would slot it really.

Re: Trial Timetables?

Although (from the CSSA timetable) I only have the Mathematics and Maths Extension 1 exams I am taking the whole week 3 off school because my teacher will let me and the other Year 12's get the whole week off as well ^_^. Then I guess I get week 4 off as well, until Friday when I'll go back :D w00t.

Yay for unfair tiem advantages

Re: Trial Timetables?

i have 1 everyday, but it only goes for 7 days in total. i dnt know what exams my school gets are called... they buy them from some place and heaps of schools in the far north east coast use them... damn that just ruined my plan, i was going to persuade my mx1 teacher to move my mx1 test to a day after the last day (becasue im theonly one in it) i did that in the half yearlies
day 1 english common paper
day 2 english modules, mx1 1/2 hour break between exams, just enough time to stuff my face =)
day 3 2u math
day 4 chemistry
day 5 physics
day 6 mx2
day 7 business studies...
LOL at guys trying to rip on uncle, i think he's just sharing his knowledge...

Re: Trial Timetables?

My timetable's pretty good. My exams finish fairly early, so I get to have a 10 day break (including weekends) before regular school starts again :D

Yeah, that's actually an unfair advantage. Back in last year for my Trials, I never got such privilege. Besides, I didn't expect it anyway...So I basically had to attend all school days except on the days when I had Trial exams.

My math teacher's excuse ---> All the other Year 12s get the whole time off, Daniel can too.

(I like my maths teacher lol)

Year 12s excuse ---> Daniel only has 2 exams... we have *insert whining sounds here* ...

My principal has allowed me to take most of the time off and we came to an agreement on the times I can take off (I don't want to miss out on too much in the preliminary).

Who has started their trials yet? I'm into my third exam with English Paper 2 tomorrow. I feel like i've wasted my STUVAC and I'm screwed for tomorrow.
Trials arn't what i expected them to be

The three hour exams just fly where as I thought they would drag on and I leave the exam not knowing what type of result i'll get back in a few weeks where as usually I know straight away how I've gone
