How did everyone find the UMAT today?

I thought section 1 was easier than anticipated, section 2 was the hardest and section 3 was the easiest.

ive decided anyone that says the whole thing was easy is...a dick

well...in my mind secton 1 i was tight for time but thought was pretty easy but with a few challenging ones in there, section 2 i also thought was pretty good finished with like 10mins to go so got to go toilet :) but...so must subjectability in answers
section 3...i swear was ridiculous and i rekon i guessed almost half...soooo lame

I agree with you but i still messed up s1. S2 was totally fail. :mad1:

Avoid discussing answers as there are people in other states(i.e. wa) and countries who wouldnt have done the test yet. Not to mention nsw'ers in arvo slots.

Section 1 didnt havent enough problem solving questions.. easier then medentry overall.
Section 2 had too many questions where u had to toss up between 2 choices.. fken annoying
Section 3 was harder den medentry by far .. could barely use the 3-2 elimination rule for pick the middle ffs

"section 2 was the hardest"
"section 2 i also thought was pretty good finished with like 10mins to go so got to go toilet"
"S2 was totally fail."

It seems people have differing opinions on it. I'm sure you all did fine though :)
What was it like compared with previous papers, like the ACERs and MedEntrys?

S1 - dodgy, excep didn't finsih, low on time
S2 - Random vocabulary made it difficult thus dodgy
s3 - guessed last 3/4, otherwise realtively easy

Difficulty for me: s3 ≥ s1 > s2
The one practice test that I did, it didn't seem to have as much story reading as the real test.

In section 3, I had trouble with some of the ones where you had to select the 5th step of a sequence. A bunch of questions with shapes divided into four, magically come up with a 5th step etc.

Section 1: Alright, easier than Medentry, lots of interpretive questions. Expecting 30/44.
Section 2: I thought this was very hard. Like some1 mentioned b4, there were so many 'toss-up' questions...or i have no soul. Expecting 20-25/36....
Section 3: Was manageable, but has always been my worst section; ran out of time, so i had to take a guess on 4-5 of em. Expecting somewhere between 16-17/30

Overall: did very badly.....health sciences out of the picture now.

I found section 3, incredibly easy. I thought it was about 10000 times easier than med-entries.
Section 2 was great to in my opinion.
Section 1, FFS!, IT was all problem solving gay shi% and ga^ as graph analysis. Fack!! im so pissed off, had no time to even think or analyse wtf was going on, just used "LOGICAL" guessing. lol Thought it was pretty hard compared to med entries.
I finished everything in time though :)
Im like the opposite of everyone here, i found sec 1 really hard, and rest easy :S

Wasn't too bad... Found section 1 & 2 quite easy... Section 3 required the most time, so I ended up copying the last 5 or so questions off some asain who finished in a few min... Deffs knew what he was doing lol!

an't fin believe how easy the dam thing was.Sec 1 4 min spare and issues with 4 or so Q's. S 2 usual but not too hard issues with 2 Q's. S3 piece of cake 12 min left so checked it again. Over all absolutely rediculously easy shit.

Section 1: unexpectedly easy
Section 2: Epic Fail (guessed 7 questions due to time constraints+the questions were way harder than what I saw in medentry)
Section 3: Easy to alright

Section 1 was somewhat of a bitch, i'd say it was on par with the medentry level of difficultly.

Section 2 was an unexpected asshole.

Agree with whoever said it before, section 3 in medentry i though was way way harder than this test, i actually managed to do alot of these ones.

But, rejoice, finally its over.
