Intervention is necessary to at least try to control the child abuse that is happening within. At least from the ethical point of view. But does otherwise seem like a pointless waste of funds.

I personally couldn't give a fried dog shit how it's going. Millions of dollars wasted on what, like 40 people (and I use the term loosely) as opposed to injecting that cash into an overhaul of the hospital system in Sydney, a hospital system that services 3 million people.

If you want to live in fucking Arnhem Land or whatever, expect that you're probably not going to have the same medical access as everyone else. Also, try not to huff yourselves into oblivion because there's nothing else to do, it just makes us look bad for not huffing as well.
