Hey thanks in advance to anyone who replies. this will sound noob but uhhhhh i may be failing one of my electives. if i do does that mean i have to repeat year 10 or does it not matter if you pass or fail an elective?

Electives are supposed to be subjects that you like/do for fun in Years 9 and 10. Why would you need to repeat Year 10 if you failed one of those subjects? >____>
