Situation: Clingy and obsessive girlfriend
How do you make her less clingy without telling her "you're too clingy"?

if you're hellbent on keeping the relationship going, just come straight out and tell her that shes too clingy.

telling her she's clingy won't change much in the long run
Yeah but avoiding the issue has 0% chance of change, telling her at least gives a small ray of hope.

Gella has given the best advice imo, if you actually wouldn't mind being with her then tell her straight up and see if she changes. If she's just a warm wet place for your pecker then dump her.

tell her you're uncomfortable with how clingy she is, and that you both need to feel comfortable in the relationship for it to work. be honest with her.

that'll make her more clingy.

but for serious i don't get clingy bf's/gf's

they are going out with you, isn't that security enough, like fair enough if youre all insecure because they act like they don't love you etc etc etc. but if they are going out with you then they like you enough for you to be secure about it. unless they are the cheating type.
