bother changing schools? i go to a school ranked like 260-280th, and i got into a school ranked like 50th. its smiths hill, and it seems pretty good. Does going to a selective school generally mean you'll get higher marks, in terms of ATAR? like im at the top of my year at my current school, and ill be puting in 110%. and i also heard that going to a selective school gives you 3 extra ATAR points, but im pretty sure thats bullshit, and some unis lower cuttoffs for selective school students... but yeh opinions wanted :)
thanks

The 3 ATAR points is not true as far as I'm concerned. If I were you, I would definitely take it. From 280th to 50th position will do your mark wonders, since the cohort all do well.

Good luck :) Tis a great opportunity.
