Today a 30 minute walk at lunch time, 15 minute walk home from bus stop and 12km bike ride, I try and do this as much as I possibly can :)

1x5 Bench
1x5 Deadlift

Then I went home.
5 sets, each of 1 rep? or the other way around?

that doesnt look like much, but i guess because u use such a heavy weight..

would it even build muscle if you're only doing 5 sets of 1 rep?

none today, not capable, did a 15km running race yesterday, took 56mins on the sand.
came back, 90 minute game of some random sport that i'd never heard of, ran 12 km (according to my nike challenge thingo).
30 minute game of indoor soccer, 2km
3km jog (read walk) home
cannot move from my computer chair and too tireed to go upstairs and have lunch!

I ran 5km in 22 minutes and 13 seconds which was a personal best (still not very good though :()

And no you wouldn't build much muscle on just that.

I have a high volume day where I do 5x5 (across) for the squat and bench and then 5x3 powercleans. I then have a light day before a medium day (the one you just saw) at the end of the week. Looks like this:

Monday (medium intensity/high volume)
5x5 Squat
5x5 Bench
5x3 Power Cleans

Wednesday (low intensity/low volume)
2x5 Squat (80% 5RM)
3x5 Press
3x10 Bent Row

Friday (high intensity/low volume)
1x5 Squat
1x5 Bench
1x5 Deadlift.

I just like showing how brutally simple what I do is :p

i was going to do kickboxing and do my usual CQC practice.
but my rags of a pants fell off.
well i fight near burning ruins of destroyed machinery anyway.

To the kitchen, up and down the stairs, running after my shit brother to punch him...that's pretty much it.

About 15k's walking.

I usually do about 25k's, but I'm hell'a stiff from driving so far yesterday.
