I'm guessing not the night before, so that leaves me out.
Well if it was like 4.30pm 2 hours ago i might've just made it...

yeah they both are but neither would be preferred wouldnt it?

also one thing..
i wrote shouldnt in my last post..
"shouldnt that 'none'...

but shouldnt = should not

therefore, should not that 'none'

that doesnt make sense..
or am i missing sometghing?
Aerath could've said "Out of your two words...you got none of them right." OR "Out of your two words...you got neither right." Either is correct.

neither of you are correct

or is it none of you are correct

:p
LOL.

Makes sense, right? :S

I don't think the USyd merit/entry scholarship requires any interview. Not sure about faculty ones though.

:)I sent in all my scholarship applications last week, apart from the Co-op one lol. Those questions take forever!

Side story: I realized there was a typo (well, not a typo- I think I must have randomly pressed my keyboard when I was printing- I had a "1" in the middle of one word) in my personal statement for the Usyd scholarship application after I sent it off.:burn:

huh

how ?
I had a page and a half of things i wanted to include but then i realised it was a character not a word limit so i cut everything out... i guess i just do a lot of extra curriculars XD

sikhman said characters, not words.
Yes, you are correct. It is 2500 characters for all the Malcolm Chaikin question, my mistake :)

Good luck with your scholarship applications. I'm sure you've heard this numerous times, but attempt to show them a wide variety of attributes, as opposed to just academic excellence. Factors such as leadership, communications, initiative and contributions are appealing.

On another note, please refrain from spamming in this thread!

hmmm...it says list...did you guys use lists or paragraphs? (for malcolm chaikin, that is)
I simply listed things.

I went beyond 2500 characters initially when I put things from Year 9...But I figured that I was being too desperate so I only limited to Year 11 onwards and some year 10s...so I got to 1900 characters.
