Alright guys, im not the best student out there and I suck at studying, But before the term ended out PE teacher gave us a basic outline of what to cover for the exam, Included was the following:

CORE 1:
- ottawa charter
- jakarta convention
- social justice principles
- health promotion
- medicare
- roles of facilities
- alternative health care
- new public health approach
- health priority areas

CORE 2:
- Energy systems
- training thresholds
- Nutrition
- Skills
- FITT principle
- Learning environment
- Skill acquistion
- Physiological adaptions to aerobic excercise
- Immediate responses to exercise
- training principles

Now ive pretty much covered everything here. It just feels like there is so much more stuff that we've covered this year. If anyone could add to the lists what else I have to cover that would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!

did u find the syllabus?

im really suprised uv never looked at it b4.

u NEED to use it so you know what uv got to learn, and so you dont miss anything.

the last thing u wanna do is get in the exam and go "oh shit, never studied that"

The dotpoints are extremely important. e.g. if u got a question on the "principles of training", u need to talk about all 6 principles of training that r in the syllabus.

Those would be reversability, specificity, variety, overload, warm up cool down and training thresholds.
