Are diagrams applicable in the Business Studies Extended Response and/or Report?

Business report = yes. Use diagrams where applicable. But don't just shove them in just for the sake of putting a diagram in. Not all questions could have one.

Extended response = it depends which form you take it in (as you choose the most suitable format). If you take an essay, no, essays don't have essays. If you choose to write it in business report format, yep you can (again where applicable).

Yep. That's how I usually do it. I take a sort of semi-structured approach.

It's sort of like an essay, with headings though.
