Hey wen u have the integration from a-(-a) of a function thats=zero if the function is even and twice the integration of the fuction from 0-a if its odd? IS tht right or is it the opp. way around??

its the other way around.

If your function is even, then its two times the area from a to 0

If your function is odd, the positive and negative areas cancel out so it equals zero
