The Board of Studies says that they strongly recommend the use of black pens.

(prob easier to read)

mate, it doesn't matter between blue or black, really. people are getting so worked up over the details............ Just dont use a stupid colour like pink, or yellow, and youll be set.

On the HSC timetable booklet it says you MUST use black for multiple choice.

And it strongly recommends it for everything else. Though I'm still gonna use blue.

I don't think it matters too much. I'm going to use black pens myself, just because it's 'strongly recommended'.

Using a black pen might get you 99 atar and using a blue pen might get you 50 atar
OMG which one to use!?

Man up and use a green pen
Dw if they fail you, just become a roads engineer
At least you'll have a story for the long starry nights that we'll spend digging up cement

Sorry I read the sheet wrong and it says you SHOULD use black for multiple choice.
So I don't think it really matters, but I have one black pen for the upcoming multiple choice just in case.

Nothing happened since it was a school exam, the teachers just said he was an idiot and not to do it in the HSC

Pretty sure it says on the cover of the exam booklets to use either a Blue or Black pen.
