If you have to go a laptop, then alienware is probably one of the more powerful but less value for money ones.

You can buy or build an epic desktop with that sort of cash though.

Build yourself a super awesome desktop, and buy a super portable laptop.

Alienware is very good, but very unnecessarily expensive. You could probably build your own machine with the same specs as an alienware and you'd save probably half.

alienware just provides a lot of care and support and they care so much they arrange the cables and wiring inside a PC to maximise airflow and so on thats why it costs so much

edit: but when that day comes, it wont be overclocked. The standard of pc hardware will just have been raised (like it always does).
You'll get stuff like 2GHz quad core as the basic standard for pc's, and then enthusiasts will overclock it to like..5GHz (im talking about in the next year or 2).

I have an overclocked PC with a core i7 clocked at 4.1Ghz... GTX275 overclocked as well... It's not really that hard with sufficient airflow
