What will be this years band 6 be for bio

Probs the same as the previous years, so around 83/84. It was pretty easy, but then again all bio exams arent that difficult.

Band 6 Cut Off

So guys- what do you reckon the raw mark for a band 6 will be this year...

And what do you think is needed to get a total mark of roughly 97/98- what raw mark is needed?

HSC 97/98 would be around 94/95 I would think. The band six cutoff stays generally the same, mid 80s raw.

It was a fair exam, not the easiest i've done, but fair. 84 - 86 probably

Actually, wouldn't be surprised high 80's, at the rate people are going on about how easy it was.

Depends on what angle you're looking at it from. Alot of BOS people said 2U was easy, but the consensus among my peers at a selective high school was that we collectively failed.

The way I see it, we're lucky there's so many dumbcunts doing the HSC

I hope I can get band 6.. gaah.. Multiple choice probably screwed me over

It was a fair test I think, like any previous bio exam,, multiple choice were harder, but still doable... I think it will be the same as previous years

Multi choice was more difficult than the past but free response was very nice.

I'd have a guess and say bout 82-84 cause multi choice was a bit tricky.

Lol its pretty kimpossible to be that high. Alot of people do bio, multiple was pretty tricky.

Ok, surely it is higher than 85. I found all of the questions to be rather simple and straightforward. The long question were also very general and used simple verbs, like describe and explain instead of discuss, evaluate or assess.

If you look at it though; its pretty much like that every year since the beginning of time. Multiple choice may be the discriminant here.

Yeah; 73+ should get you just into Band 5 territory, 80 should be mid to late band five.
