about a year ago i got sick of the Muslims and Christians handing out fucking pamphlets and propagating their stuff. even though im Muslim i just found it awkward....i was made to feel like shit for not being hard core.

so these days at uni the atheists are now propagating their bullshit. handing out pamphlets and putting up signs ....wtf is this shit? so yesterday I was talking to an atheist and I sympathized with his cause...hey im not bat shit....so when I told him im not an atheist but a Muslim...and the cunt goes off at me. He didnt bad mouth the religion but started calling me fucking names....."cant believe that you actually believe a fairy came to Muhammad etc are you're so daft dude"...."I thought curries were Hindus....were your ancestors forced to believe in Muhammad?" etc etc

In response to the thread title perhaps yeah, alot of atheists (that I'm friends with) haven't looked at any religion as such past their own, and thus haven't researched enough to have rejected all religion. But fair enough, to each their own, I'm not one to impose religion on other people, at least not anymore.

lets face it, there is no evidence of Christ rebirth after 3 days, there is no evidence of a "fairy" visiting Muhammad and there is no evidence of Adam and eve and the apple. All these situations are primary based upon blind faith.

How are you going to get someone to believe in this is fucking impossible. The only way I can see that happening is if they are so emotionally detached from reality and are in a suicidal situation.

I think there's a difference between blind faith and truly believing in your faith. I know quite a few Christian-turn Atheist- turn Muslim gora's, and tbqh they seem fairly balanced mentally.
