I think if people did think that way, many bus benches would be occupied with Asian children at night.

Or maybe there'd be more resources to help them out, and support groups for them.

CecilyMare:

Wow. I really feel for you. Is there no solutions to help you at all? Maybe moving in with friend/s? Older siblings?

I would rather struggle to pay rent then expect a belt a to come flying at me when I tell them I'll do the dishes in a minute.

But, I suppose you only have 1-2 years until your 18 so you're on the home stretch and can give the hell outta there ASAP.

Home is really okay. Thanks but I shouldn't have posted that cos it isn't really a huge issue, I don't expect any belts flying at me whenever I do the dishes or anything like. I do my own dishes and they do their own. They even let me cook for myself and yes that's cool because I love cooking.

=\ do you really mean that? Because, them letting you cook for yourself isn't exactly a privilege, more like a basic entitlement =\

Well yeah but that's pretty much the treatment you're entitled to as a human being. Doesn't really excuse the rest of their behaviour.

Well there are shit families everywhere and mine are pretty decent compared to theirs. I'd be a drama queen to not be able to cope with something that is only less than occasionally an issue.

I thought other people might have similar parents since I saw one post saying "Asian parents should be charged with child abuse."

I have ran away before at the spurs of the moments but they catch up to me and pull me back home =\ and if I did, I wouldn't have anywhere to go. I'm too shy to call the police and my mother says if I do, we would be living on bread and carrots.
gotta be strong XD

depends on ur personality i guess.

most asian kids would put up with it because they do cost benefit analysis XD

i dont knwo if myparents are typical.

like, they lecture me but
like they dont push me into studying.
If i do well, they congratulate me
if i dont, they tell me itll be okay and that next time will be easier.

but then when if comes to guys,
they dont really mind if i like someone.
o-o'

my friends are so restricted, and because of their restriction, they're so much wilder than i am.

My little conclusion: having Asian parents blows.

THANK GOD I don't have Asian parents.

Now, why isn't there an uprising in Asian teens?

*shakes head*

0.9% of female teens are anorexic. enthusiastically listing her dinner menu isnt a good start for coming across as a normal girl.

friends is a good substitute for mates. a tryhard asian chick who wants to come across as australian would say mate instead of friends. most teen girls say friends.

go finish studying for your medicine degree, you've probably never been asked out in your life.
no offense, but ur a FuCk, leave the girl alone. Go back and revise your time dilation and GPE formulas.
