Tim, you're gonna run yourself into the ground doing that. and where are the military presses? :p

Yesterday:
5x5 Squats
5x5 Bench
5x3 Power cleans
3x15 Weighted sit ups.
oops, copy pasting, accidentally did A routine twice instead of B routine:

Dead lifts 5x5
Presses 5x5
Close grip bench 5x5
Weighted dips 2x10
Abs / Shrugs 2x20


Last week has been too much partying, not much eating properly or lifting my maxes, all well, it's been worth it ;)

Started MMA training tonight, mainly cardio and pad sparing with a bit of take down / take down defense practice

Vacuumed my room, mopped the whole house. That's about it. Housework is actually really physically tiring :( (yes, that's how unexercised my upper arms are).

Walked from Redfern to Wentworth at uni, then along City Rd to Broadway, then Broadway to pharmacy building, then pharmacy building to Redfern. So, maybe about 3km all up?

Walked from my car to medicare then from redfern to fisher library, carrying a bloody heavy backpack (for me anyway) with 12 books plus wallet, phone etc. Then from library to education building, with a much lighter bag, to fling my (late and half assed) assignment into its box, then back to redfern.

That's not much. I need to get back into exercise. [Excuse time!] Can't afford the gym atm and detest exercising outside in view of the general public or else I'd just go running but yeah, no. /excuses

Maybe I'll test out the exercise dvd idea. Hm.

i actually plan to start exercising/working out again from today... i'm sure it'll last like, a whole week or something but hey
I'm like I should exercise properly too--actually go for a long, long walk. But then again, I'm like why exercise when I can sit at home and listen to music and play Spider Solitaire all day (yes I'm addicted to that game). Not to mention when I start work in 2 weeks I'm facing at least 15 minutes walk up an extremely steep hill as I'm catching public transport.

walked home from the station (3.8km, wearing all black [work uniform] in the heat :()

walked to and from friends place, another ~0.5km

i am le tired.

5 min walk to coles

5 min walk BACK FROM coles ....but carrying 0.7 kg worth of apples :O ....im pretty buff =P

1 hour on crosstrainer - nine inch nails dictated the speed.

Tomorrow:
2 hour bushwalk (mountain descent)
4 hour kayak
2 hour return bushwalk (mountain climb)
do love NIN. KMFDM is bad ass for exercise music too.
