When I do it's vanilla ice cream with either fruit (strawberries, peach slices) or I pour a shitload of caramel topping on and then whip the icecream up with my spoon til it's vaguely the consistency of a soft serve cone and then eat it quick before it melts. Might sound a bit gross but it's awesome
