I'm also quite happy with my SC results considering that I have only been to Australia since term 3. Well, I really worked hard to catch up with people here, especially in History.

English - 88 Band 5
Math - 91 - Band 6
Science - 84 - Band 5
Geography - 89 - Band 5
History - 90 - Band 6
Computing skills - 91 - Highly competent.

I watched south park all year in geography and got 89 lolz
and band 5s and 6s in my other subs with 98 in maths

Aren't you doing your HSC this year? Oh well.
Anyways here are some techniques I used:
- For english just brush up on some techniques and make sure you know how to properly answer short answers: Technique->quote->explain the effectiveness->link it together.
- Math: Don't study at all if you it is one of your strong points. I didn't study and I got band 6
-History: still study, you need to do responses
-Geography: same with history
-Science: study briefly on all topics.

The SC isn't hard, you may think you stuffed up some questions but in the end aligning saves you. I studied about <2 weeks before and got all band 6s.
