play with SAM, but it won't help you much

work as hard as you can for every subject

there is no "formula", i'm afraid;

Mess around with SAM or UMAX to find a god answer to your question, know that you need to use aligned marks, so raw exams marks are often a lot lower.

Unfortunately that's not possible. Just work your hardest and aim for the best you can do, like others have said.

Heres my guess for each assessment:

English standard - 80% +
modern history - 80% +
extension history - 75% +
society and culture - 83% +
studies of Relgion II - 80% +
business studies - 85% +

SHould secure a 85+ (but this is assuming that your school sets exams with standards similar to HSC)

You aim for the best you can possibly get. Aim for 100 you will get in the 90s, aim for 90s you get in the 80s, thats the general rule. They say aim for the moon, even if you miss, you'll land among the stars ;)

You should be aiming for 99.95 ATAR if you want to do well in the HSC. Don't say "I'll be happy with 80" because then you'll always have that in mind, thus you won't try as hard as you would have had you aimed for perfection (perfection: something that is never there).

Aim for 90+ Totally do-able. When results came out, i came to find my standard/advanced friends had similar ATARs. I had a friend who got an 88 doing standard eng, general maths, food, SOR etc. They only got one band 6
