How much to bring? Depends on what my pimp gives his bottom bitch.

On a more serious note, have $70 a week in your wallet to buy coffee/juices. When you go to Maccas, use Eftpos to pay or withdrawl money.

Seriously, if you bring food, you don't need to take any money. However, having $20-30 on you for extra is usually a good idea. You may not need it, but it's there if you do.

Just bring a debit card and 20 bucks.

Thats what I have on me like 90% of the time no matter where I am.

Its not like universities are like some alternate universe where food is priced radically differently. Its not like cans of coke are $5 or pies are $18.50.

Sometimes I wonder how smart people can be so impractical and just useless. My dad works in a high level government position and did his degree and honours at Sydney and still he has tried to telephone someone on the remote control, and a few months ago put a doorknob on a shed backwards and locked himself inside, then had to call his girlfriend on his Blackberry to let him out.

I don't understand why I am so often surrounded by so many useless people. Universities are full of them.

Intelligence does not always equal common sense. Unfortunately.

which high school was that?
my at my high school we had our own lunch room, complete with sinks, those hot water boiler things, a fridge (which nobody used coz it was gross), 3 microwaves, 4 sandwich press toaster breville things, and an actual toaster

was pretty sweet :)

Why on earth isn't everyone bringing a sandwich?!?! I love sandwiches, and they're cheap as all hell. As a guy was getting booted out of the cricket, he threw ham sandwiches into the crowd. What an epic moment, probs would have eaten one of those sandwiches had one come my way.

+1

Or is it like first few days at highschool all over again where you practically rape yourself over the cafeteria/canteen before realising it really isn't the big king shit and that a nice sandwich will do you just fine :p ?

You could always just have breakfast before you go and then exercise a little self-control and wait 'til dinner.
Or we can just start calling you "Fatty McNo-Control"
