+ 1

Most anticipating: Modern (or English, depends largely on the text we're doing, can either be great or ok IMO).
Most apprehensive: Maths

I'm looking forward to Hospitality.
I'm glad to say goodbye to geography and a little bit sad to say goodbye to PD H PE.

Aerath - I can't believe you hated maths - you did 4 Unit! Were you being serious? Also, did you love Advanced English, or Extension English, or both?

He dropped to just Advanced, so I assume he liked Advanced more. I love Advanced personally and hate Extension. I don't mind Maths (it's gone from loathing in Year 9 to sometimes liking it in Year 11/12), Never liked Science though. Economics swings up and down, but Modern History, how I love thee.

Yeah. Dislike Maths. I did well in it, but I just hated it so much. Did it purely for its scaling and ATAR.

I liked Advanced English a lot more than Extension. But this was mainly because we had a shit elective for Extension (Science Fiction). A lot of people find Extension English a lot easier, and hence enjoy it a lot more. And as Yash correctly states, I eventually did drop Extension just before my HSC, because my other subjects were pretty good.

I would like to study Science Fiction. What made it so unbearable - do you dislike the genre? So you only had ten units for your HSC. Do you intend to study more maths in the future, or are you never going back there?

I disliked the genre intensely. It was dry, and I found it just crap. That being said, it was just me - there are others that loved it (namely Bryant Apolonio, a guy in my grade, who came first in the state in English Extension 1).

Never touching Maths ever. Law/Arts with majors in Government means I will rarely ever have to touch stuff like trigonometry and calculus again.

At least maths boosted your ATAR. Hopefully it boosts mine too, even though I'm only doing Mathematics (Advanced). I'm looking forward to learning calculus techniques.
