Well, Islam is less likely to be true, since it requires certain things about Judaism and Christianity to have been true in the first place. (the Quran contains a few historical mistakes that Mohammed and co made when they were plagiarising the Bible)

But, at least Islam is more consistent, because they say "this book is the word of god, every word of it, and it came directly from god" where as xtians are like "well it's sort of the word of god, but it was written by people, and god changes his mind between volumes", lol
Less likely??? They're both just as unlikely, thank you very much.

Stupid to be an extremist member of any sort. Also stupid to deny others their beliefs. Who cares if they're wrong, so long as they don't affect me then I'm cool with it.

Well of course they're both false, but if there was any chance they were real, Islam would have to be more unlikely than Christianity.

Just like there's no way Anglicans can be more likely to be the 'true church' than Catholics, or like how there's even less chance still that Mormonism is true.

This thread is completely unneccesary. No need to make a generalisation or bash people about their beliefs.

Mods *clicks fingers* delete please.

I think we're all old enough to know that extremism of any sort is not nice.
Bloody hell.

No, not really.
People who are extremely generous (in any sense) normally only do it for show. Some people can't be 'extremely' generous (in terms of money per se), and they are bounded by limits but it doesn't mean they're not generous, only generous within their boundaries.

Nothing is wrong with it, but I think it's a tad superficial, and it's not genuine i.e. people don't need to inform the world they're donating to a cause. You're not doing it for your friends, you're doing it for the cause.

Extreme is not about the amount of money you give, but the way you go on about it, that's what I was refering to. Subtle > extreme

but what if them going on about giving a donation prompts their friends to do the same?

Yeah, a person should advertise a cause as much as they possibly can, but what kind of tard goes around telling people the AMOUNT they've put in? Wtf.

Everyone can be generous, because everyone has something to give, if not money, then time.

Generousity is not about how much you give, but about how much you give in relation to how much you could give. A homeless guy giving $10 means more IMO than a multi-millionaire giving $1 000 000.
