"HP next exit' signs on the M7 (1 Viewer)

Can ANYONE tell me what these mean? It's really bugging me, I have looked on the internet for ages trying to find an answer and there is nothing! They are red and white signs. I used to think they were for Horsely Park because I had only ever seen them near the Horsely Drive exit however yesterday I drove pretty much the whole length of the M7 and saw them in many different spots.

Can anyone help?

Its strange, Highway Patrol seemed most likely to me however we took an exit with a sign that said HP 70m and couldnt see ANYTHING! Haha. I guess I'll just have to accept the secret
