i've actually got it down to a fine art, never takes me longer than 20 mins to do my makeup

Wow. I sometimes take 40 minutes when I'm doing elaborate eye makeup. I guess I'm still a noob.

How often do you see a girl with eye makeup (eyeshadow, liner, mascara) in uni?

Normal day:
sunscreen
Clearasil
clinique stuff on my forhead
different clinique stuff under my eyes
nivea tinted moisturiser

Going out:
as above + foundation, bronzer, eyeliner, mascara, lipgloss

EDIT: for 'going out' i cbf doing that all the time. Sometimes i'll just wack on some mascara and c'est tout

going out:
moisturiser
concealer
foundation
brown eyeshadow
black eyeliner for top of my eyes
white eyeliner for my waterline
volumising mascara
peach blush
peach lipstick or lipgloss

oh geez. Natural is the way. The worst thing you can do when going out is to look like a cake face. At the most, keeeping it natural looking is the best way.

Work day:
moisturiser, concealer, foundation (mousse, liquid or powder depending on how my skin is), a tiny bit of blush if i look washed out, black eyeliner on top lid and a little bit of mascara

Uni day:
as above but slightly more mascara and a spf 15+ moisturiser

going out:
as above with more blush, liquid liner or green eye pencil (i have green eyes), and dramatic mascara. if i wanna go all out i use some eyeshadow too

I make sure that one day a week (usually Sundays) I wear absolutely nothing on my skin except moisturiser just to give it a bit of a break

Mineral Powder (good skin day) small amount of Foundation (bad skin day)
Blistex
Black eyeliner on top lid
Mascara if i feel like it

Going out:
Foundation
Eyeliner + eyeshadow
Mascara lots of it
Blistex

But I moisterise everyday before I put on makeup

well if you're going to be wearing bright eyeshadow you might as well match it to your clothes... bit weird/eccentric otherwise

^^^ all the time. but sometimes when i cbf i dont bother with eyeshadow. and sometimes i dont even bother with eyeliner if i reallllyyy cbf


when i go out somewhere important, i usually do different eyeshadow (smokey eyes with blacks, greys, whites), and also wear maybe a little bit of nude lipstick and go over it with some gloss

On a normal uni day, nothing. Much too lazy.
If I have work, a meeting or am going out, generally foundation and a little powder, and tad of blush. Enough to brighten up my face, really - the moment I get tired I end up going pale with hideous dark circles under my eyes.

I tend to try to look naturalish...its much better...for me anyway.
I'd feel so weird under layers and layers of make-up.
