6 months does put you in the middle of winter, so you could just bulk like crazy and put on ~20kg and then begin a cut cycle as we roll in to summer again.

If I had the money to buy $30 of milk a week I'd do a couple of moths of GOMAD. Just having to eat as much as I can with whatever is at home atm.

I heard to get bulky fast (in terms of muscle rather than fat) you can try to replace your normal 3 meals a day to a five meal cycle. but i've never tried. but 6 months will make you big :L

im drinking around 2L a day of skim milk

i googled GOMAD and it recommends drinking full fat milk instead of skim

go full fat honestly...the point of bulking is to bulk..(ofcourse you will gain abit of extra fat).

my plan is 4L of full fat milk a day in addition to around 4-5 regular meals.
