I would not piss on this girl if she was on fire
It would so easy to retaliate that in saying that "God" has lost so much meaing in modern society that "His" name is used in such throw away sentences all the time. Just sayin'.Omgod!
Did you just say that?
Do you have a God?
But, but, but, aren't you atheist? I mean, your such a strong atheist who freaking jumps and throws a fit whenever someone mentions the term "God".
Niice.
Thanks cuzz. Really appreciate it.I would not piss on this girl if she was on fire
oh my dogOmgod!

See, that's where the problem lies. This thread was doomed from the start. Sadiah honestly m8 go learn what atheism is. You haven't ventured out of your Islamic bubble and had your views challenged in the slightest. Youtube youtube youtube, read read read.
Yeah, atheists should say that. Sounds better.oh my dog
This is why we can't have nice thingsThe definitions are incomplete?
Well, that's not my fault then, coz I'm not the author of those definitions.
And you. What? Coz I ask too many questions that overwhelm you? You can't answer all my questions that relate to your belief, or lack of belief thereof?
Don't worry, it happens with people like you.
I don't think that. I am not atheist myself.See, that's where the problem lies.
You guys think that if you read anything other than religion, then you'll disregard religion and become an atheist.
Most Muslims are born into the religion, and probably haven't really considered other philosophies. Why can't you guys accept that there are MANY people out there that have discovered a lot of religions, and even the idea that there is no God, but later on have come to accept Islam as being true?
Because it does. You're not able to see this because you're in it. Trust me.Why is it that people fail to comprehend that the "Islamic bubble" does not allow anyone to go outside the realm of Islam? Why do people think that the Holy Book [Qur'aan] forces itself upon Muslims, and tells them that if they don't believe in Allah, they'd supposedly "burn in hell"?
Yes.I mean, does a book have the power to control humans?
Mhmm. But, you should leave the "how many ____ followers are there" out of the question. Just because a lot of people conform to these beliefs doesn't mean they are right. It's obvious that many people [Muslims] choose Islam, just like you guys choose atheism.
I thought you were curious about other's viewpoints? (Just wondering)Thank God.
That's such a massive generalisation. I assume many Christains are born into Christianity, but why do some convert? Most Muslims are born into the religion, and probably haven't really considered other philosophies.
Because it does. You're not able to see this because you're in it. Trust me.
I was.I thought you were curious about other's viewpoints? (Just wondering)
That wasn't what I was getting at. My point was that the poll was flawed because you have a limited understanding of humanism, secularism, atheism and agnosticism, so if you went and did some research on all of these things then you could have created a poll that made some more sense. Instead this entire thread went on for 9 pages with some retarded argument over a school book definition of what 'atheism' is.See, that's where the problem lies.

No thanks. I know a whole LOT of people, including myself, who have challenged their religious beliefs and have come back to Islam. That wasn't what I was getting at. My point was that the poll was flawed because you have a limited understanding of humanism, secularism, atheism and agnosticism, so if you went and did some research on all of these things then you could have created a poll that made some more sense. But replying to your post, the reason people choose atheism is generally because they are knowledgeable about current religions, but they have weighed up the evidence for and against, and have decided to stick with atheism. You know nothing about what atheists believe and haven't even chosen to research at all but you're still trying to debate with people ABOUT atheism, from your solely-Islamic point of view.
You are stuck in an Islamic bubble because you grew up in a Muslim environment, you KNOW being a Muslim is correct because no one in your life has ever challenged this view.
I say again: Do some research on atheism. Challenge your religious beliefs and see if you can still hold onto them.
I said "most" not "all". And yes, many Christians are born into Christianity. That's such a massive generalisation. I assume many Christains are born into Christianity,
Convert to Christianity you mean? Or do you mean "from"?but why do some convert?
Whatever you say, lol... *raises both hands up in surrender* (dun shoot! Put that gun down! )I'm clearly able to see what I'm in, and what's outside me. Thank you.
I am not atheist! LOL.Trust you? Trust an atheist who's against religion, and obviously Islam? Please, lol.
Mhmm.Nothing personal, kk.
Nothing. It's too late now.I was.
But he gave up, so what can I do?
What do you mean by that?No thanks. I know a whole LOT of people, including myself, who have challenged their religious beliefs and have come back to Islam.
With the same guarantee you have that once people discover atheism, they won't ever turn to religion, I have the same guarantee that once people TRULY discover Islam, they won' turn away from it.
And yes, I promise you that.
Yerr, the threads finished noww.
My curiosity has been answered.
