Is it better to struggle in tutor then in school ?? I go to Pal Education down in Cabramatta

yeahh truee but my tutor is doing HSC course atm in year 11 class, like im doing maths extension atm and what we're doing is derrivatives and its killing me because the teacher teaches us like in depth (4unit shit) and like its hard for me to understand.

maybe spend some time trying to revise the stuff on derivatives during these holidays?......

well i dont get the applications of it, like plotting stationary points etc and derriving a graph from an equation. Like i know how to do the basics like chain rule, quotient rule etc etc just the applications. I wanna get the applicatons before tutor starts because i think next topic is integration =\

hmm i've learned a bit of calculus before but i forgot how to do it :L

nice effort for 2U maths... i only got 88% in my recent 2U exam.. :/
hope you do well in 3U if you're thinking of doing 4U, which your tutor is giving you in-depth study of the stuff....

yeah i can always try it but in tutor we get selected to go into 4U classes and in school my teachers think its a waste of time lol

its actually a good course because you get to go ahead with uni level mathematics
and if you do well itll scale like crazy...
