Why do you want porn banned? No child porn is readily available on the internet anyway and you would think that even if their was a filter, people who post this stuff up will get around it anyway. The filter is essentially destined to be obsolete and an infringement on privacy. Just look at China.

But first of all, the Mandatory Internet Censorship issue is shit, firstly it's not going to work anyway because proxy sites can be used to access the filtered sites anyway, secondly it's a burden to freedom of expression, which is a right that everyone values in Australia, thirdly despite trying to improve internet speeds to world standards, the filter itself will slow down net speeds.
Fourth is about business impact; where businesses refuse for the internet filtering to go forth...
Fifth, the bill won't pass anyway...

The filter is being implemented because of the so called CP floating around on the free internet. The websites are already blacklisted through ISP's voluntarily you ignorant cunt stain. I have mentioned other topics that will be banned with this filter but you somehow over looked them on you redbull induced power trip. I see CP as a more detrimental problem then Euthanasia sites/information. You might not, but for all i know you could be hiding Yiff in a hidden partition.

And by calling us nerds you only just showing how fucking immature you really are, you have no idea how the filter works, you have no idea how the filter will effect daily life, and you have no fucking idea how fucking wrong you are in terms of the effectiveness of this filter battling CP.
