Dropping software design and development and english extension, and picking up 4U maths.
The bad thing about my school is that our HSC and Prelim require one more unit, so I've got 14 unit for Prelim (13 lowest) and because of it, the lowest I could do in the HSC is 12, instead of 11 if prelim requirement at my school was 12.

Well 4U maths is certainly popular around these parts. I'll probably pick it up too. I have 11 units in year 11 (+ Photography TVET) and I'll have 12 in year 12. It's gonna suck to actually have less frees in yr 12.

and the tourture is nowhere near worth the marks.
I wouldn't say thats true. We both haven't done it anyway.

But imagine doing 2 subjects. You have to remember a lot.
Ext 2 is like two subjects, but all of it is maths. Yes it might take a bit more effort but hell, most people that do Ext 2 like maths.

i think i'm either gunna drop bio, business or ancient. i hate them all. and i wanna drop extension english to free myself up a bit, but i'm thinking i might keep it for safety..
i'm quite happy having 10 or 11 units for HSC.. can't see why everyone wants to have 12, i think i'd die from the pressure!

Pick up Ext 2 Maths.

Possibly drop Economics so I have 8 units next year! (if I choose not to repeat 3U).

2010; Physics, ext 1 maths, ext 1 english, business studies, art...

2011, ext 2 english, business studies, art, advanced maths, and maybe ext art if i can... =)

i hate physics and 3 unit maths, but the way our 3 unit teacher is teaching the course is, he teaches the whole advanced course, gets that over and done with by the end of 4th term, then for the next 3 and a half terms of year 12, all he teaches is 3 unit. so im staying their till he finishes the 3 unit course... =)
