does anyone know of a program where i can disable the net for certain time periods?

Break the modem.
Cut the ethernet cable and/or power plug.
Punch a hole through your monitor.

If you have a router, go into settings, and go to wan/wireless and filters, then IP/domain filtering, then put in community.boredofstudies.org into domain blocking, and there, you'll be set for life.

I did that, it lasted about 10 minutes

If your browser is Mozilla, you can use leechblock - it's an add-on thing.
You can disable whatever sites you want and you can choose what times of the day you want it disabled.

Post pr0n on BoS and get an IP ban. You'll realise that proxies are too slow and frustrating. Simple.
