Which one will you vote and why, for Federal?

Me (although I can't, stupid age restrictions! ):
Liberal. Labor has (every time they get in) fucked up our economy enough. Now it's time for the Liberal's to come in and clean the mess Labor has compiled.

Debate.

I can't vote yet so I'm not caring too much.

Mayazcherquoi provides a cogent argument against lowering the voting age.

Haha yes!

More and more teenagers are reading the news and with that the politics of the world, therefore greatly understand what the previous generation at that age did not. :) (I hope I made sense.. xD)

Tough one this year. I don't like Rudd and his economic management. But Abbott wasn't putting up much of a good fight with "policy on the run".

I do like Liberal's adds this year (for once) > YouTube - Kevin Rudd's bag of tricks and excuses
that was the worst political add i have ever seen. everyone hates those "50% off everything" adds anyways, so its combining fail with abbott's bias views.

the stupid party vs the evil party

tough choice
yeah i agree. labor have made some mistakes, but the liberals have no social conscience whatsoever and their lack of policy pisses everyone off. it seems that abbott is oposing for the sake of opposing (obviously) eg. opposes mining tax, but wants PPL tax.

Both extremely shit, but Abbot seems like he would fuck up the country even more.

both parties claim to get Australia out of debt.
Labor gets into power, takes the credit for being good economic managers and spends Australia into the ground

Liberal gets into power and spends a decade being brutally frugal and fixing it back into surplus

rinse and repeat
