How has non-adversarial justice impacted on dispute resolution processes?

imo a somewhat positive impact as it provides the idea of a problem solving aspect.

What do you guys think?

i think it meant how does naj as a concept has impacted on dr processes used, like in victoria?

those are alternatives. im guessing naj would be like comprehensive law - victim-offender mediation ect. so it incorporates aspects of adr.

I am pro a combined adversarial/non-adversarial system, i.e. using the method that suits the dispute.

Sick of talking/readin about it as I just did my thesis on ADR
